Player packets are available when each respective tournament organizer (TO) reviews and publishes them. They are usually expected anywhere from 2-4 weeks prior to the event date.
Many game system Tournament Organizer's use BCP to organize the event.
This will be a 3-day, 6 round, 725 point event using the rules for Games Workshop's Middle Earth Strategy Battle Game.
