What Happens After You Purchase Your Ticket?
Once you’ve purchased your ticket from store.frontlinegaming.org, you’re all set.
You’ll be added to our player list and receive all important event communications via the email used at checkout. This includes updates such as the player packet, event details, and any important announcements leading up to the event.
You will not receive or need a physical ticket for FLG events.
Player Packet and Event Details
Approximately 30 days prior to the event, the player packet will be released. This document includes everything you need to know to prepare, including:

Stay Updated
All key updates, including player packet release and registration details, will be sent directly to your email.
Be sure to keep an eye on your inbox as the event approaches, and please check your spam or promotions folder just in case.
BCP Registration
Many of our events, including Warhammer 40K, Age of Sigmar, and Kill Team, use Best Coast Pairings (BCP) for tournament registration and pairings.
After the player packet is released, you will receive your unique BCP registration code via email. This code allows you to register for your event within the BCP app.

What Should I Bring?
To make sure you’re fully prepared for your event, we recommend bringing the following:

Your fully built and painted army (per specific event requirements)

All required rules materials (codex, rulebooks, FAQs if applicable)

Dice, measuring tools, and gaming accessories

Objective markers and tokens relevant to your army

Your army list, submitted and printed if required by the event

A charged phone with the BCP app installed (if applicable)

Comfort items such as water, snacks, and anything you need for a full day of gaming
NOTE: Outside alcohol is typically strictly prohibited by our venues.

Day of Event Check-In
Getting checked in is quick and easy.

In-Person check-in is not required at FLG events.

Event Staff desk opens in the morning prior to Round 1. Exact times will be listed in the player packet
- Any pre-ordered merch will be available for pick up from the Event Staff Desk

Once checked in by your head judge/tournament organizer, you're ready for round 1!
Most FLG events use Best Coast Pairings (BCP) for pairings and results. Make sure you are:

Ticket is sold out, what do I do?
On the ticketing page, sign up for restock notification using E-mail or SMS alerts. If and when more tickets become available, notifications will go out on a first come first served basis.
