Player Schedule & Registration Info

Please refer to your specific player packet for exact schedules and detailed instructions related to your event.

In-person registration or event badges are not required for this event.

Player registration will take place through the tournament platform used for your game (e.g., Best Coast Pairings).

• Friday – Event Set-Up
  Volunteers are always welcome and appreciated!
  • Early merch pick-up and open play with a cash bar available from 5 PM – 7 PM
• Saturday – Hall open from 8 AM – 8 PM
• Saturday Night – After Party at Canyon Bar & Grill starting at 9 PM (yes, you'll be tired)
• Sunday – Hall open from 8 AM – 8 PM
