Player Schedule & Registration Info

Please refer to your specific player packet for exact schedules and detailed instructions related to your event.

In-person registration or event badges are not required for this event.

Player registration will take place through the tournament platform used for your game (e.g., Best Coast Pairings).

• Friday – Event Set-Up
  Volunteers are always welcome and appreciated!
  • Early merch pick-up and open play with a cash bar available from 5 PM – 9 PM
• Saturday – Hall open from 8 AM – 8 PM
  
  • Breakfast: 7:30am - 10:30am
  • Bar Opens: 11am - 8pm
  • Lunch: 11am - 3pm
• Saturday Night – AFTER PARTY (Chef's Kitchen next to the hall) from 7:30 PM - ???
  • Order food and drinks here and join us for a fun night!
