Player Schedule & Registration Info
Please refer to your specific player packet for exact schedules and detailed instructions related to your event.

In-person registration or event badges are not required for this event.

Player registration will take place through the tournament platform used for your game (e.g., Best Coast Pairings).
    
Friday – Event Set-Up

Volunteers are always welcome and appreciated!
Early merch pick-up and open play with a cash bar available from 5 PM – 8 PM
   
Saturday – Hall open from 8 AM – 8 PM

Breakfast: 7:30am - 10:30am
Bar Opens: 11am - 8pm
Lunch: 11am - 3pm   
Saturday Night – AFTER PARTY (Chef's Kitchen next to the hall) from 7:30 PM - ???
Order food and drinks here and join us for a fun night!

Sunday – Hall open from 8 AM – 8 PM
